Stormy Bank begins at the east exit from Margam Knuckle Yard and basically finishes where the motorway intersects the mainline between junctions 36 & 37. Must be a good six miles at a severe gradient. There are many photographic opportunities on the line throughout the day and they should all be on this page from my website.

59203 has now replaced 59205 on the Robeston oil trials. Here the class 59/2 with 66165 DIT climbs Stormy Bank at walking pace with 6B13 Robeston-Westerleigh
