Just spent a few days on the S&C. Fantastic weather - unfortunately all the freight was Shed powered, but saw the Carlisle - Chirk logs which made a change from DBS and Freightliner liveries. Have to say though that even Sheds can make a good impression when dragging 2000 odd tons up to Ais Gill.

Also saw Tornado returning from its Cumbrian Coast ramble and 70003 on Saturdays railtour (bleeding ugly, but sounds good) - pics to follow at some point for these.
