New Leader!! - Please Read

Hi all on the forum

I am pleased to announce that the FORUM will now be monitored and run by Dan of Lincolnshire Locos fame.

It will still be very much part of the heads up family and it is hoped that Dan can devote more time than either I or Steve have been able to do in order to make the Forum more informative, a place to chat and ask questions, a better information library and generally assist in your hobby

Steve and I will continue to post of course but the topics, the look etc are now all in Dan's hands so please PM him with any suggestions etc

Why does the forum need to be monitored? We don't have any idiots on this forum and I am not aware of any postings in the past that have needed to be / or have been moderated or monitored. Bye bye Billy Basher. Lol.

At least it will be in my hands when the management let me in! Seriously folks - it does seem a bit quiet on here sometimes - what do you want to see?

I agree with you the reason for Dan's addition is to keep improving the forum - we would like this to be a really useful part of the overall heads up package and feel some fresh meat would help

Without being direspectful to the young persons that I don't know, I can't think of anyone else in the forum scene that has contributed to the hobby / obsession as much as Dan has done, so lets hope this moves us forward again after all the recent crap. I didn't use the word shit in case Dan would be offended by it.
