Where is the facility within the new forum to post individual pictures as opposed to links to sites?

After looking into it , it relies on people posting very small sized pictures and i dont feel that is something we can trust everyone to do as some don't understand , if we hit quota it buggers the site untilnext month , bit risky dont ya think , but im sure you can do it normally like this , by using the host an image link above

On the old forum you had a listing of members websites and a seperate section for posting pictures, whether they be website links to a picture or the picture embedded into the post. That way didn't affect your traffic quota.
